Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to hire a PA system in Sydney?
Our speaker sets range from $100 for a small Solo or Busker Set up to $450 for the Array Set (up to 200 guests). Most house parties and small weddings sit in the $200–$350 range — see the Speaker Sets page for full pricing.
Do you deliver and set up the equipment?
Yes. Delivery, setup and pack-down is free on the Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore for bookings of $250 or more, Sydney metro delivery starts from $100, and self pick-up from Manly Vale is also available — see full delivery details.
What size PA system do I need for my event?
As a rough guide: Basic Set for up to 50 guests, Party Set for up to 100, Dance Set for up to 150, and the Ultimate or Array Set for 150–200+ guests. Message us your guest count and venue and we'll recommend the right set.
Can I hire a full DJ setup, not just individual pieces?
Yes — we hire individual DJ gear (Pioneer CDJ-3000, DJM-900NXS2, XDJ-RX3, DJ booth) as well as complete PA + DJ + lighting packages, so you can book everything you need in one place.
How far in advance should I book?
Weekends and peak party/wedding season book out fastest, so we recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks ahead where possible — but get in touch even for last-minute requests, as we can often still help.
